PS Vita Games Cheaper on Network

A lot of people ask why purchasing a game through the PSN or XBL is the same price as purchasing the game on a physical disc.  I mean shouldn't it be cheaper if I'm not paying for the case and booklet?  Well for the PS Vita that is exactly what it is.  Some games will have boxed copies and digital copies as well.  Of course buying digital for cheaper is a good idea, if you have the memory space for it.  Considering you can only buy Sony branded memory cards, you'll be looking at spending quite a bit of money still.  So are you really saving money in the long run?  I'm not sure how many games a 32 GB can hold for you, but I can tell you'll be needing several memory cards.  As for me, there is always a place in my heart for media in its physical form.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 DLC

So I barely started playing Final Fantasy XIII-2 ( which i'll have the review / play through up shortly) and there is already some DLC's coming our way.  What are they you ask? Well I'm not to sure on the exact details yet, but be sure to see some of your old foes from past Final Fantasy try to kill you in a Coliseum type battle.  In the Coliseum you fight the monsters in which if you defeat them, you'll be able to take them in crystalized form and use them in your part when playing your adventure.  There is also talk of branching out the story line with extra DLC that will come in "episodes"  which will probably add some more playtime for you guys who plan on beating this game right away!  And just on a side note, some guy at BestBuy told me that there will be an Assassins Creed outfit for Noel! isn't that crazy! Maybe the next place for Assassins Creed will be in Coccoon?!
Crazy Right? left should be Noel

Prototype 2 RadNet Edition

If you plan on getting a game, why not purchase the same game but with some extra bonuses to go with it.  For pre-ordering Prototype 2 you'll automatically get the RadNet Edition.  Its a similar fashion to getting the Battlefield 3 Limited Edition.  The RadNet edition enables everyone that buys the game new to play exclusive challenges and compete against their friends and everyone else on the leaderboards for that specific challenge.  By grabbing the RadNet edition you'll also be getting some avatar items, themes for your xbox, and unique mutations in game.  There will also be some sort of Super shape shifting mutation that Activision is keeping tightly wrapped up right now.  This edition will only last 7 weeks after the game is released, that may seem like a lot of time, but don't wait until the last minute!

Next Xbox in 2013

A Microsoft Exec says that we won't be seeing another Xbox console hit shelves in 2012 in order to compete against the upcoming Nintendo Wii U.  He also states that we probably shouldn't expect anything until 2013.  But does that mean we won't be seeing anything come up in this years E3?  I can't exactly say since, showing off a new console on the show floor doesn't necessarily mean you have to sell it the same year or the next, but I just hope they don't rush this thing because I feel like there is still some life left in the consoles we have today, except for the Wii of course.

Witcher 2

Has anyone played "The Witcher 2" yet?  A lot of people may be saying no because it was a PC game only.  But no worries its coming to Xbox 360 and it looks just as amazing! So amazing that i'll end up buying it again.  Not just the regular game though, but the Dark Edition (special) of the game. So far the price for the Dark Edition is set for $99.99, but that of course can change.  I tried reserving it at Gamestop, but they didn't have it in their system, so I guess I'll be checking back at Gamestop for you guys, and i'll let you know what I found out.

You can see what comes in it by checking out this Unboxing Trailer:

Super Bowl Weekend!

Its time to fire that grill up and start a BBQ!  Cause its Super Bowl Weekend, this year you'll see the Patriots and the Giants go at it for the Super Bowl Championship.  I of course will be working my day job hoping I get out in time to enjoy the food, and maybe the game, but since my team was already knocked out, food definitely sounds GOOD!  I'm sure some of you are aware of the Madden 12 game, and I'm sure some of you know of the simulated games they watch to predict the super bowl winner.  6 out of 8 times madden 12 has simulated correctly, not the score, but the winner anyway.  So this year according to Madden 12 the winners of the Super Bowl will be...... the Giants!

Resident Evil 6 Demo

I'm sure some of you are very excited to know that there will be a Resident Evil 6 Demo coming out, but I'm sure if you knew that you had to buy a certain game you probably won't be to pleased with the news after all.  The game you have to buy would be Dragon's Dogma.  Capcom will be slipping in a token code with every copy sold.  Dragon's Dogma is set to release on May 22 in the US, and May 25 in Europe.  Now I just watched the trailer for this game and I'm not at all to impressed, I'm not sure if it was the visuals that didn't get my attention, or the fact that the story looks / sounds boring.  If you don't buy the game though, there will be a Beta for Resident Evil 6, but you'll want to be on the Xbox 360 for this one.  Xbox 360 owners will be able to get the beta on July 3, while PS3 owners will have to wait until September for it.  If your like me, you might end up getting Dragon's Dogma for the soul purpose of playing the RE6 demo, who is to say you can't sell your copy anyway.  So what do you think? Since I'm sure there are a lot of you who aren't like me, is Dragon's Dogma worth the price to play the RE6 DEMO?  Is it even worth it at all?  Let us know in the comments or chat box!
This picture looks cool, hopefully the game is just as good!
